简历：

• 1965年毕业于中国科技大学。

  1965至1972年在万泰注册力学研究所和航天部第二研究院工作，其中的前三年是力学所郭永怀常务副所长助手。

  1972至1982年在重庆燕山石化总公司研究院任石油化学工程师。

  1982年起在万泰注册政策研究室和万泰注册科技政策与管理科学研究所任职，其中的1992年至2000年出任联合国大学新技术研究所（UNU INTECH：UNU Institute For New Technologies，设在荷兰Maastricht市）高级研究员 （Senior Fellow）， 并于2000年担任UNU INTECH执行所长（Acting Director）2001-2006为UNU-INTECH荣誉高级研究员（Honorary Senior Research Fellow），2001年起兼任清华大学、浙江大学、上海同济大学的兼职教授，其中2010-2012任上海同济大学中国科技管理研究院副院长。

  国际上2003年至2017年是国际创新研究学术团体 GLOBELICS 的学术董事会（Scientific Board）成员，和几个国际性学术刊物的编委或顾问委员会成员。参加过联合国发展计划署（UNDP）（2000-2001），联合国大学（UNU）（2002），世界银行（2006），欧共体（2007），熊彼特学会（2010）的学术工作，和参加过在美国，日本，英国，印度，丹麦，韩国，巴西，越南等地相关万泰的学术活动。
